March 18, 2020:

As you are aware, there has been a rapid increase in COVID-19 infections across the country and North Carolina. I know this is a time of high anxiety in many clients, and we want to assure you that we are here for you during this time. The health and safety of our clients and employees is our highest priority.

In response to information provided by the NCMB and local health departments, we have decided to temporarily switch over all face to face patient appointment visits to exclusively Tele-Psychiatry visits. We will be using a platform called Doxy, which will allow us a HIPAA secured method to video-conference you from your home for your appointment in lieu of coming in for a face to face visit. Tele-Psychiatry is covered under many insurance plans. We recommend you contact your insurance company to ensure it is covered prior to utilizing for your next scheduled follow-up visit. Some insurance companies are allowing telephone appointments as well.

During this period, all providers and staff can be reached per usual. Providers are available via the secured patient portal. Staff can be reached at in new tab) or by calling our main number at 919-378-9761. Please continue to check our website at for updates.

Thank you for your efforts in helping to keep our community safe and healthy.
